Account Registration (Self Sign-Up) NEW
Step 1 — Business Details
Open the wizard from the Create a vendor account link on the login page. Step 1 collects your vendor type (Traditional Shop or Freelance Florist), business name, contact details and operating address. Freelance florists can supply an optional online storefront URL instead of a physical shop address. A 14-day free trial starts on completion — no charge until it ends.
Step 2 — Billing Address
Enter the billing address used for invoicing and to create your Stripe customer record (street, city, postal code, country).
Step 3 — Payment Method
Capture a card via the Stripe Payment Element. When card capture is not configured in the current environment the wizard shows an informational notice and lets you skip — you can add a payment method later from the Billing page. Your card is never charged during the trial.
Step 4 — Confirm & Accept Terms
Choose your login username and password, accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, then click Create account & start trial. This creates your vendor record, login, Stripe customer and trial subscription atomically.
Registration Complete
On success you are signed in automatically and taken to your dashboard. Self-registered vendors are Pending approval until a platform administrator approves the account; you can configure your shop in the meantime.
Billing & Subscription NEW
Subscription Overview
The Billing page (in the main navigation) shows your platform plan, status badge, trial countdown, next billing date and the saved payment method on file (e.g. "Visa •••• 4242"). From here you can update your payment method or cancel the subscription. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the current period.
Update Payment Method & Billing Address
The Update payment method button opens this page. Any card already on file is shown at the top ("Visa •••• 4242 — Saved & set as your default payment method"); the card-entry fields stay hidden behind a Replace card button so it is clear they are only needed to change cards. New vendors with no card see the entry form directly under an "Add a payment card" heading. Card data is entered into Stripe's secure Payment Element (it never touches our servers) and saved against your Stripe customer via a SetupIntent. The billing address form can be edited independently and is saved to your vendor profile for invoicing.
Vase Ordering NEW
Order Smart Vases
From My Vases → Order New Vases, choose a quantity (1–10), provide a shipping address (pre-fillable from your details) and optional delivery notes, then click Place Order. Hardware cost is handled by the platform — no payment is taken here.
My Vase Orders
Track every vase order you have placed, with a status badge (Requested → Confirmed → Shipped → Delivered) and the courier tracking number once the platform ships your devices.
